Hmm -- fascinating, that's a bit of background that I hadn't been aware of. And a bit complex in the context of comics, since it probably *is* correctly applied to some of the books I've been using it for (in particular, _Daytripper_, which I think qualifies in every respect), but probably not for _The Sculptor_.
