There is definitely an opportunity here, one we've hit on the past -- just not one that we've applied to every event. :) A welcome booth/display is an excellent idea. Dreda and I still have the photographs, guild sheets, fliers, business cards, signs, etc. that we set up at the Boston Common Info booth last April. Let's use them!
