Just a comment on marketing - I think naming the company on the basis of one product is... perhaps not a good idea. If you ever have to change strategy, you have to change your name, which is a pain
And, I think the world outside doesn't have much respect left for witty compounding of words - I'm not sure it puts forth a professional, competent, "we know what we are doing" kind of image.
