Yeah, I'm not surprised -- it took me about three months of thinking to come up with a UI that I like, since it's a tad different from what folks are used to. I'm not sure I can describe it adequately in words; I may try to come up with some sketches that will make sense to folks. (I have back-of-the-napkin sketches, but I'm sure that no one except me could make sense of them.) Otherwise, it may have to wait a bit, until I have the core functionality ready to show...
