Ironically, my expectations at this point for anything connected with Star Trek are so abysmally low that I'm likely to be pleasantly surprised by anything new. Even the new movie. Expecting anything remotely resembling continuity, or even a no-brainer pickup of a promising thread from the past, is just setting yourself up for a fall.

On the other hand, yes, I've always lamented the fact that A:E wasn't picked up for further development.

And yes, I had a huge crush on Teri Garr, too. I'm mean, I'm an American guy who grew up in the 50's and 60's. Teri Garr. Dawn Wells. Barbara Eden. Diana Rigg. It's a given %^).
