While I agree, I'm willing to be a little charitable on this: I know from experience how hard it is to get consultative bodies functioning smoothly, and figuring out the communications chain can be a serious pain in the ass. Precisely because it's so new, I'm not really surprised that it's not functioning properly. I'm willing to give them some time to fix that, but I agree that it's currently broken...
