Yes, but not often. It's a particular "verbal" tic of mine in print: since I rarely regard a topic as truly closed, I habitually represent that in print by sort of trailing off. I occasionally don't do so for one reason or another, and sometimes deliberately suppress it, but it's long-standing habit...
