Hehe! You have succeeded in making me laugh about the handshakes, which I would not have thought possible. It was at least as confusing from within the army, as we were told to line up, then go back and get our helmets on and weapons, then line up, then stand there for 10 min, then start walking uphill, at which point I had a horrible sinking feeling that couldn't possibly be correct... only it was. Who on earth cares that much if the sides are even? I will personally take a clue-bat to whatever idiots-in-chief agreed to the handshake debacle. I suspect it was a compromise no one liked, but someone still agreed to it, and that person has earned a great deal of resentment.
You did miss the Fighters vs. Haybales/Marshalls battle, which was between the River and Gate battles Monday. With the surprise help of the Ant Army (hiding in the wet bales), the Marshalls won. Stupid wall, stupid "6 feet right! now bend it slightly left! Now double it! No, take away those extra bales!"
