Anyone have a spare microwave?

As is the way of too many microwave ovens, the handle on ours just snapped off. (More or less exactly the same way the one at my old house did.)

We're going to be replacing that pretty soon -- we were going to have contractors in to redo the vent anyway, so we'll just have them install a new one. But in the meantime, does anybody nearby have a spare microwave oven that we could borrow for a few weeks? Thanks...

It's not quite exactly in town, but if you're willing to make an excursion to NH, we have one in the garage that we retired last year, and haven't disposed of. The heating results were sometimes a bit uneven, which motivated us to replace it, but it probably has a few weeks of life in it.

I still have the microwave I owned when we moved in here. It functioned perfectly well at the time, but is 20 years old and has been sitting in our basement for 5 years. We are quite busy at the moment with a variety of things including car-is-on-its-last-legs car shopping, so we might not be able to bring it to you. Let us know if you're interested, and we'll try to get it to you somehow.
