Alexa, WTF?

A minor but amusing signal boost: The Daily WTF (one of those useful news sources I mentioned the other day) has just gotten its own Alexa skill. So you can apparently install this, ask "Alexa, WTF Just Happened?", and she'll read off the day's craziness.

(Not that I have any particular intention of installing Alexa, but for my friends who have done so...)

While I realize it seems a semi-sensible shorter string for "WTF Just Happened Today?", "The Daily WTF" is the name of a coding site I've been reading sporadically since the turn of the century, and every time you (seemingly) link to it I wonder what you're referring to... ;)

(It presents as a humor / awful-war-stories site, but it can be quite educational about anti-patterns - particularly if you read the comments, which tend to include both more detailed excoriation and assertions / debate about the proper way to have done things, when the problem merits it. And the less experienced one is, the more one can benefit, because New Programmer Blunders feature semi-regularly.)

While I knew about both, I was *also* wondering today whether there was an Alexa connection for the daily-coding-WTF...
