FWIW, it's about the same distance to each of those dealers for me. Once I was pretty sure what I wanted, I checked online inventory at both, and Herb Chambers had the car I was looking for, while Watertown Toyota didn't. It sounds like that happenstance saved me from a potentially bad experience. Anyway, I ended up buying from Herb Chambers, and it was less painful than I generally assume car shopping to be. (I dread the in-person aspect of car shopping.) This was last December, before the Pandemic changed the world, but the first service visit I had (while sales was still closed for isolation) was handled well.
