Boring, yes, but hard to beat the reliability of rest stops.
Yes and no -- at the moment, fully half of the rest stops on 90 are mostly closed. Far as I can tell, they decided to take the opportunity of the pandemic to completely rebuild the stops, so food is now fairly far-between. (Although I think they're all still open for gas.)
