Check out the 1974 Weight Watchers Cards. These would be frightening enough on their own, but the commentary, while variable in quality, is sometimes deadly funny.
Did people actually eat this much jellied food in the 70's? Maybe this is why I remember so little of my childhood -- culinary trauma made me blank it out permanently...
