I'm nearly certain Google doesn't track which links you click. I just looked at the HTML of a search result page. The links don't have any kind of redirect (you know, like http://google/redirect?url=http://other-site), there's no onClick handler for result links, and there's no onUnload handler. The result, I think, is that they shouldn't be able to tell what you're clicking on.

Things might be different if you're using Google Toolbar, I suppose.
