Well, many of the ones that are currently restricted are ones that I consider deeply goofy. For instance, I consider American drinking laws downright harmful: they preach a black-and-white attitude instead of a much more sensible sort of moderation. That's emblematic of, as I said, the infantilization of modern society. We don't teach responsibility, we teach "allowed" or not. That's foolish at *all* levels, no less for minors than anyone else...
