If anything we are even more isolated, and we are not even the most remote group in Drachenwald, the two shires in South Africa have us on that one. And the folks in Spain are also pretty isolated. Its a very different SCA experience than Carolingia!
On the plus side a few of the super discount European Airlines are talking about opening up routes to Israel so that will help somewhat.
