I realized some time ago that the chicken in Tikka Masala just gets in my way -- the *real* purpose of that sauce is for dipping bread.

A man after my own heart! I'll often try to avoid as many chicken-bits as I can in the buffet line and just ladle sauce. I figure I balance out the people who are trying to increase their chicken-to-sauce ratio. :)
