Yes and no. While it's true that Brady doesn't run *much*, he at least knows how to move around on the field. Indeed, that's part of why he's been more effective than Bledsoe -- where Drew would plant himself, and simply fall down if the defense got past his blockers, Tom is really, really good at little three-foot adjustments that buy him a critical second or two. (And once in a while, he does do little five-foot runs for a first down, which were quite rare under Drew...)
