Hmm. I shouldn't borrow anything yet, since I doubt I'd get around to reading it any time soon, but useful for me to keep in mind down the road. I suspect you're right that I should explore the space more widely: I know a modest amount about it (due to some Teaching Company religion courses), which is how I knew to dig into Theravada in the first place, but I'm still pretty shallow on the subject. Once I've got a better grounding on this point, I should spread out a bit.
