I was on a jury for Lewd-n-Lascivious with a Minor.
We thought the accused did something, but considering some defense information that the prosecution did not deny, we though the girls family ran with it.
Basically they were 2+ months behind in the rent and by the time of the trial, had been in the house for 14 months rent free...
