Veggies in Mushroom Sauce
Aug. 12th, 2004 11:15 pmI was in a lazy mood for dinner tonight, so mostly did take-home from Whole Foods. But to assuage my conscience, I decided that we'd better use the lovely fresh green beans that

Did you steam the veggies over the mushroom broth? If I have such to hand, I often use it. (Lately I've also taken to adding some strong spices to the steaming water and heating to a boil slowly to give it more time to infuse. Then steam.)
