*Sigh*. I clearly have a headcold -- not a monster, just enough to keep me exhausted and not very effective. But my SOB of a boss never gives me a sick day. Any of the other employees, sure, just not me. I really need to figure out how to get through to him on that...

Try explaining to your boss, that if you get sick, everyone else in the office is bound to as well. That cuts down on productivity...
