The Show I Really Want Disney+ to Make...

Just a random idea, in case one of Disney's inevitable army of bots is trawling the network, looking for consumer sentiment.
If Disney is going to compete with Netflix, they are going to need an onslaught of content. Not all of that will or should be based on their existing properties, but much of it inevitably will.
And I'm sure that the idea of a Black Panther TV show has crossed their collective minds more than a few times. But the show I really want is World of Wakanda -- specifically, a show centered on the Dora Milaje.
Seriously: while I have some problems with Ta-Nehisi Coates' work on the Black Panther comic (IMO, his dialogue is stilted as hell), there were a lot of great ideas in there, especially about the tension of trying to be a traditional monarchy in a modernizing world. And the heart of the books, far more than T'Challa himself, has been the Dora. They're an interesting cast of characters, with a lot of complexity and tension -- bound by tradition as the guardians (and then some) of the King, but increasingly aware of their own nation and their role in it.
Given some vision and good scripts, that could be a hell of a good show. I can only hope that somebody at Disney considers it...
