Haskell GHC's LLM policy

I just came across the Haskell GHC policy on LLM contributions to the codebase.

It's relatively long as these things go (not long-long, but more than a page), but by a fair mile the best such policy I've yet come across: thoughtful, balanced, with clear priorities and motivations.

It's broadly similar to the policies I've wound up evolving at my dayjob, and where Typelevel has been getting to -- I feel like a consensus is emerging, at least among those of us who are in the middle ground of this subject.

Well worth a read, for anybody involved in code!
