jducoeurEntering into the offer process on a house is remarkably like going down the far side of a roller coaster. You've been building it up for a while, all anticipation of fear, knuckles white on the bar. And now, when the negotiations all complete, it becomes an extended OhMyGodThisIsMovingReallyFastWasThisAGoodIdeaAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!! Very much the same mix of excitement and terror...

Date: 2005-09-23 08:17 pm (UTC)I though the home inspector I used was pretty good, but that was over a decade ago, so I don't know if they're still hot stuff. But for what it's worth, I used Neal Levy, of Bedrock Building Inspection Services, 145 Cabot Street Beverly, MA 01915.
