Patient Safety Act?

Just got a push-poll, apparently trying to bias me against a ballot initiative called the "Patient Safety Act". As usual, this is likely to backfire: I despise push-polls to the core of my being (I think they're deceptive BS), and it probably biases me towards this initiative.

But this is the first I've heard of it, so now I'm curious: do any of y'all know much about it, and what do you think?

Here's an overview - I hadn't heard of it until now.

(Out of curiosity, which do you despise more: push polls, or "polls" that are actually thin masquerades for fundraising appeals?)

I suspect I would dislike both equally -- they're similarly dishonest -- but I've *encountered* push polls a lot more often recently, and I'm rather sick of them...
