So there we were, at the Walgreen's checkout line, and I saw it: one of those ideas whose time has come. Altoids in melt-on-your-tongue strip form. Sort of like Listerine strips, but infinitely cooler, since it comes in a cute little tin...

(Why yes -- food is my favorite type of toy...)

Are they as good as the original?

Well -- no, actually. They're not bad, but that patented Altoids Flavor comes off a smidgeon oddly on the rice paper. Still, they're intense and pretty good, and come in the coolest tin. (When I'm done with this bunch of Altoids strips, I'm going to see if the Listerine ones fit in the same tin...)
