What, people who were party-goers in the age of disco, and maybe now have the discretionary income to party with that they didn't have before, and are looking for a party to spend it at? Or black people looking to be exploited?

The former, yes, particularly in terms of age. I mean, I'm not exactly a spring chicken any more, and the music gives me an instinctive response of, "intended for someone older than me"...
