The weirdness meme

No, I'm not going to bother posting my results. (Consider it frustrated pride -- I am *not* unusually weird by the standards of my friends.)

But I am *extremely* amused that I came up as "17% herdlike" because, "you, like everyone else, enjoy science fiction". I can't decide whether this amuses me because it's wrong (but LJ is wildly non-representative), or because it's right (and the science fiction fans have, in fact, conquered modern culture). I suspect a bit of each...

Hey, I'm 30% herdlike because I like gaming - which, though true, neglects the fact that I liked hard-core wargaming back in 1968.

Oh, right -- you don't follow as many journals as I do. This one's been going around for the past week. (Dig, dig.) The page of the thing can be found here.

It's *not* particularly deep -- as others have pointed out, it seems to mostly compare your LJ interests with those of the other people who have used it. (Which produces some interesting edge cases -- for example, cvirtue came out as 100% weird, probably solely because she was one of the first people in, so it didn't have much data yet...)
