Since I just updated, an occasional reminder: besides my LJ, I have a "professional blog", The Art of Conversation, which is specifically on the subject of productive conversation in online communities. I don't update it nearly often enough, but just posted (on the subject of Filtering and how it necessary it is becoming), so if you're interested in that area, I encourage you to join in. (And comment! I always prefer Art of Conv to be a conversation itself, so comments are more than welcome...)
