Humph. Yep -- stupid editor put in a fully-qualified link to the local file, instead of the relative link I intended. Now fixed; thanks for pointing it out...

What, you edit your HTML with a special tool, rather than with a text editor from your internalized knowledge of the spec? I'm so disappointed. :-)
