Ciana told me about Narbonic ages ago at Accademia; it sounded like fun, but I never had a chance to look into it. But inspired by the new LJ RSS feed [livejournal.com profile] narbonic_comic, I decided to check it out.

Okay, I give up: I'm actually going to pay ModernTales to support this thing and get access to the archives. They had me pretty well hooked by the time I got to the initial adventures of ANTONIO SMITH, FORENSIC LINGUIST; the deal was sealed by the 8-page rant about the oppression of the gerbiltariat. This is inspired lunacy. (And one cannot have enough comics about cute mad scientists, y'know?)

*grin* I've been hooked on it for a couple of years now. It's one of the few comics I read and consistently enjoy. Only my student poverty has weaned me from my subscription.
