Veggies in Mushroom Sauce

I was in a lazy mood for dinner tonight, so mostly did take-home from Whole Foods. But to assuage my conscience, I decided that we'd better use the lovely fresh green beans that ladysprite gave us last week, before they went bad. So today's food experiment was adapting a favorite pasta preparation for green beans instead. The result was quite good, so I've put Veggies in Mushroom Sauce into our cookbook. Not exactly healthy, but tasty, and almost entirely made of stuff we keep on hand...
