A few minutes ago, I happened to glance at my back issues of Dr. Dobb's Journal (one of the oldest computer magazines around), and noticed the spine of the March issue. Based on the example of the other issues, it should say:
Dr. DOBB'S JOURNAL PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES #358 MARCH 2004
In fact, it says:
94 POINTS FROM TOP 265 POINTS FROM TOP 573 POINTS FROM TOP
