Cookbook concordance coming out

Interesting news in this article from SCAToday: the great English cookbook concordance is finally coming out. This reportedly traces all English recipes from the 13th through 15th centuries that are available in published form. Among its editors are Constance Hieatt (one of the gods of the field) and Terry Nutter. Those of us who knew Terry will remember that she spent quite some time on this concordance project, so it's great to see it getting to print, even if posthumously.

Definitely sounds like one we need to get...
